The boys and girls cross country teams logged impressive individual results in Wednesday’s BCL meet in Golden Gate Park. Five girls and five boys ran personal best times on the 2.95-mile course. The Bay School competed against San Francisco University High School and Lick-Wilmerding High School, both of which are among the top five teams in North Coast Section Division 5. Emmet’s time of 16:40 earned him eighth place and an average time of 5:39 per mile. Anna’s time of 19:37 earned her ninth place and an average time of 6:39 per mile. Both have a shot at qualifying for the state meet in November in Fresno.
